Nathan has been involved in BSA since he was eight years old in the Cub Scout program. He has been a Sea Scout for two years, joining when he was fourteen. Nathan attended NYLT, and has served as senior patrol leader for three terms and boatswain for two. He earned his Eagle at the age of thirteen, and since then has been getting Palms for continued service to the troop. When Nathan is not doing scouts he enjoys playing rugby, cycling, and participating in advanced choir for Mission Vista High School in Oceanside. He is also a very dedicated member of the LDS church, serving the young men of his congregation in various capacities.
